It was quite a challenge to create a
perfect caramel - smooth & chewy, with a deep color and intense,
slightly bittersweet flavor - that was free of the dreaded corn syrup.
Our answer: adding a complex wildflower honey and mineral-rich celtic
sea salt. More proof of our axiom that excellent ingredients beget an
excellent product.

We take our salted honey
caramels, enrobe them in pure dark chocolate and adorn them with
crystals of Celtic light grey sea salt. The result is a juxtaposition
of salty and sweet that is so gorgeous you'll just want to admire it...
until you put it in your mouth. Then you'll just want more.

To create these beauties, we
cover our slightly bittersweet honey caramels in rich milk chocolate
and embellish them with roasted cashew pieces. The resulting delicacies
are more sweet than salty, but still satisfy the desire for both.
