TCHO
TCHO is a newcomer to the American Craft Chocolate scene, but they’ve
made a big impression. Their chocolates are developed and categorized
according to the flavor, not percentage or origin.
A rich, intensely fudge-like flavor with hints of roasted malt and
caramel. The beans for this bar come from TCHO Co-founder Karl Bittong’s
home country of Ghana.
Far from the classic conception of fruity-tasting chocolate, which
includes strong notes of brown fruit like raisins and prunes, “Fruity”
is full of bright red berry flavor, cherry and raspberry taste bursting
on your tongue.
More subtle than “Chocolatey” and “Fruity”, TCHO “Nutty” is pure and
complex, with the rich flavor of roasted nuts accented with hints of
dark roasted coffee and toasted biscuit.
Meticulously crafted from the purest ingredients, TCHO's Serious Milk chocolate bar has rich caramel notes, accented with hints of butterscotch, honey, and vanilla.
