Job Title:
Assistant General Manager (Front of House)
Job Purpose: Support General manager by supervising and supporting the FOH crew.  
*Ability to fill in as GM and floor manager
*Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
*Orders merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
*Assists crew in navigating challenging customer interactions.
*Prepares sales and inventory reports.
*2 years previous management experience required (5+ year service experience preferred)
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Flexible and adaptable
*Ability to maintain positivity and composure during all types of situations
*Hardworking, able to multi-task 
*Ability to act in a professional and courteous manner
*Alignment with FBC mission, vision, and values
Working conditions:
Position may require evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary. A mixture of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. May be subject to high noise levels. Repetitive tasks with infrequent rest periods. 
Physical requirements:
Standing for extended periods of time, reaching, bends and stoops frequently.  Solo lift up to 50 on a regular basis, team lift 70+ lb occasionally with help of cart or dolly.
