Job purpose:
This position is a multifaceted role where you'll have the opportunity to perform both front-line service and back-of-house responsibilities, including host, cashier, plating and expo, barista/barista back, and dining room attendant, all in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. The Factory Service team members are responsible for providing fast, friendly and helpful service to our guests. They share their passion for food, their product knowledge and FBC company values to guide in guests' food and beverage selections. They maintain a clean, comfortable, and connected dining ambiance; and provide an overall outstanding experience for all guests. 
*General Quick Service Restaurant Operations
*Cashier/Guest Service
*Dessert Plating

*Dining Room Attendance
*Previous restaurant experience required (1+ year service experience preferred)
*Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction) 
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Flexible and adaptable
*Ability to maintain positivity and composure during all types of situations
*Hardworking, able to multi-task 
*Ability to act in a professional and courteous manner

Working conditions:
Position may require evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary. Mixture of indoor and outdoor work in varying climatic conditions. May be subject to high noise levels. Repetitive tasks with infrequent rest periods. 
Physical requirements:
Standing for for extended periods of time, reaching, bends and stoops frequently.  Solo lift up to 50# on a regular basis, team lift 70+ lb occasionally with help of cart or dolly.
