Job Title:
Confections Production Manager
 
Job Purpose:
Chef of the confections kitchen and head trainer for confections department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the confections team activities producing ganache, caramels, bonbons, chocolate molding, enrobing, etc. 
  • Trains confections team members.  
  • Works on development of new recipes and seasonal flavors.
  • Supervises confections team
  • Creates and fulfills orders to accomplish team production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Two years experience in pastry and/or confections.
  • Minimum one year in management.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  •  Able to lead and inspire others.
