Salary Range: $12.44-15.55 / hr + Benefits

Job purpose:

The Pastry Cook is an expert pastry production artist.  The purpose of this position is to create consistent, high-quality, technically excellent pastries, desserts and ice cream, chocolate drinks, syrups and sauces, while maintaining a high degree of productivity.

 

Qualifications:

  • Positive and friendly attitude, with demonstrated willingness to work with a team
  • Strong work ethic: willingness to hustle, and perseverance to get the job done
  • 1+ years experience in pastry and/or confection or Culinary degree


  • Working conditions:

    Position may require evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary.


    Physical requirements:

    Pastry Cook is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50# on a regular basis, and perform repetitive tasks with few breaks.
