The days are getting shorter and the air is getting crisper. We welcome the metamorphosis with open arms, taking our time to express gratitude for family, friends, the beauty of our mountain home and the bounty of our local foodshed.
We created The Fall Collection in homage to this glorious season, from the Cider Caramel to the Pumpkin + Spice Truffle, each confection is handcrafted with our bean-to-bar chocolate and features ingredients thoughtfully sourced for their integrity, many from our local farmers like Flying Cloud Farm (pumpkins), McConnell Farms (cider), and Barkslip Farm (pears).
One of our favorite parts of our work is sharing the chocolate we make with our friends all over the world. We're so excited about the Fall Collection that we've decided to send a 12 Piece Box to one of our friends.

My favorite things about fall are scarves, boots, curling up under the covers on cold Saturday mornings and above all hot chocolate (especially your spicy version). Life changes and you get to nest. Fall is my favorite season by far!

I love my drive into work downtown in the mornings—-I see the beautiful mountains and all their beautiful fall colors. I love working downtown because I am close to your store for coffee and chocolate. Which both go great with the fall season (and any other time).
i love everything about fall…the crisp air, the slowing down and cooler weather, the warm soups and drinks and sharing hearty meals with loved ones…ahhh not-yet-jacket-weather but sweaters and pumpkins and cider together. sipping a warm drink and enjoying delicious organic chocolates from french broad seems to go hand in hand with autumn, no? yesssss.
Warm Apple cider, woodsmoke, crisp cool days with plenty of sunshine, rosy cheeks with crunchy leaves under foot.
