Giveaway! | Cider and Pumpkins and Pears Oh My! The Fall Collection is Here!
The days are getting shorter and the air is getting crisper. We welcome the metamorphosis with open arms, taking our time to express gratitude for family, friends, the beauty of our mountain home and the bounty of our local foodshed.
We created The Fall Collection in homage to this glorious season, from the Cider Caramel to the Pumpkin + Spice Truffle, each confection is handcrafted with our bean-to-bar chocolate and features ingredients thoughtfully sourced for their integrity, many from our local farmers like Flying Cloud Farm (pumpkins), McConnell Farms (cider), and Barkslip Farm (pears).
One of our favorite parts of our work is sharing the chocolate we make with our friends all over the world. We're so excited about the Fall Collection that we've decided to send a 12 Piece Box to one of our friends.

Fall..oh we Floridians love it. And, why we purchased a small vacation cavin in western NC 16 years ago. Favorite is our annual fall trip..the cool mountain air, going to the boutiques..your chocolate and jams..fairs. Leaves, pumpkin picking..apples too..a ride through the smokies and Cade’s cove! We love it all..try to get in as much as possible..fly fishing, hiking..everything!
My favorite thing is the crispness in the air that brings about the face that there is such beauty in having a season that represents change. Change is our constant, and the wind, the leaves bring this to us. I’ve already been brewing my coffee with pumpkin pie spice for two weeks!
Fall is my favorite season! Seeing the leaves changing and the crisp air with the change of weather are two of my favorite things about the season.
I love the way the air smells, particularly running in Bent Creek… and alllll the apples. (let’s be real, I love sweaters, pumpkin spice and hot drinks too)
I Love bonfires, and hot chocolate. Crisp mornings and pumpkin everything!
